I was at a site yesterday and got attacked!

Now I keep getting the pop up "Your Bing search is our of date" and I can tell it is malware.

I deleted Firefox and downloaded a fresh copy after I restored my PC to an earlier date.

Things were fine for 2 hours then boom, it is back again!

Hi, you can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista if you don't already have one. Windows 8/10 have antivirus protection built-in.

Note that not all removal programs will detect all malware, so you may need to run several or all of them.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
