For some reason, when I create a new mail or reply to a mail, my "Insert Image" tab from the menu toolbars is missing and I can no longer insert my business details image in my message body. What to do?? Already tried re installing etc

Has the entire toolbar which contained this "tab" gone too?

In the Write window, go to its menu, look at View|Toolbars and set the checkboxes.

You need to be using HTML formatting to see this toolbar. Are you perhaps now composing using plain text? To test this, hold down shift whilst clicking on Write. If the Write window opens with the missing controls on show, then it probably wasn't in HTML mode.

Tools|Account Settings|<select account>|Composition & Addressing→Compose messages using HTML format needs to be checked.

Incidentally, if you are in HTML mode then you can use other methods to insert pictures. Drag-and-drop from a file, or copy-and-paste from an image viewer ought to work as well.

Once you have inserted an image, a double-click should open its properties editor and allow you to adjust size, placement, alternative text and so on.
