Hey, Essentially the way that incognito mode works is by setting temporary data such as your history, downloads, cache, and cookies to a temporary folder. Once you open an Incognito window, those cache files and cookies are created and will remain until the Incognito browser is closed. Most browsers follow this general path but some don't. Also whenever you open a browser app cache memory is created even if you immediately switch to private browsing.Also cached data is information which comes from a website or an app that is stored on your computer or smartphone. This data is stored on your device, so that the next time you go to use it, it'll already be available.
