Pictorial security verify function not working since last Firefox upgrade
Since upgrading Firefox to verion 81.0.2 Pictorial security verify function not working, this site inparticular https://secure.vantagefx.com/login.
Any suggestions?

Safe Mode only lasts until you close the browser. Restarting should be normal mode.
Perhaps the site now remembers you from their own database, or they set a cookie in your profile.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?
Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Hello Thanks for the prompt reply, your suggestion worked, was able to log into my Brokerage account.

FYI, the broker support suggested using another browser, preferebly Chrome, I replied absolutely NOT, firefox is my browser NO OTHER is tolerated.
In answer to your question what error messages were being displayed, None, the pictorial was dead, so, could not slide the jigsaw piece into place. Had I inadvertantly been too strict on security, but this was set at standard .
If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (DuckDuckGo PE, Adblock Plus, NoScript, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block content.

Firefox shows a purple shield instead of a gray shield at the left end of the location/address bar in case Enhanced Tracking Protection is blocking content. You can click shield icon for more detail and possibly disable the protection. You can check the Web Console for messages about blocked content.
