1inc band below y search and bookmarks...nothing works with mouse in it so can't sign out because sign out comes in this band..can't scroll down from top because arrow in this band.everything else ok. google and internet explorer is ok..everything works fine for them It's only on mozilla firefox..which is what i use all the time

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
