A few months ago my bank statement from wells fargo stopped showing the information. All I have are the heading and lines... no information. I was told by Wells Fargo it is a security glitch in the Firefox preferences. I was not able to find what they were referring to so I am contacting you for help. Instructions on where to find this would be greatly appreciately. It was something about unclicking encrypted security and that bothers me somewhat.

I'm also with Wells. Show the statement and block any personal info. Let me go check. Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search
