There is no expert on here all the users are just End User helping others. Did you check the total cookie protection settings for this option. Otherwise, if you can get on the internet cookies are required for any access to any sites and it's not just from google. If you use their search engine they can track you regardless. It's their Search engine afterall that your using you agreed to their TOS when you used them.

There are some sites that are using cookies. Is there any extension for this protection?
