Hello,

I am running FF 78.0.1 on W10. I had to upgrade to a new laptop from W7 but also running FF.

On my other computer I had a star button that had rounded tips that was located just to the left of the bookmark star. The rounded tip star simply performed the two step action of clicking the bookmark star and then clicking Remove Bookmark, but all with one click.

After moving to this new setup I miss this feature. I have searched this site and the internet and found no references as to how to add a button that performs the actions.

Does anyone have an idea on how to get a button like this with these features?

The bookmark star is usually on the address bar, but there are some cases where it may be moved to an overflow menu to save space on the toolbar.

Do you see a three dot button on the right side of your Firefox address bar?

If you do, click it and the bookmark option should be listed there. If you right click on the bookmark option, you should have the choice to add it back to the address bar so you can access it easily again.

The "Edit This Bookmark" dialog that opens if you click the highlighted star has a checkbox with "Show editor when saving" (shortcut key in the dialog is Alt+S).
This item is at the bottom just above "Remove Bookmark" and "Done".
