Is it really really no work around for a blind person like me who uses JAWS for Windows 18 to access Firefox 57? Please help our community. Thank you.

No, it does not work with JAWS 18 or under. We are actively working on a fix to enable JAWS users to update in the future, but it isn't ready yet.
