Check your zoom controls.
<Control> + (plus) enlarge <Control> - (minus) reduce <Control> 0 (zero) restore
Does it affect the toolbar area, or just the web content area?
If this affects all websites and is not specific to a particular website: Do you have any add-ons related to font sizes, for example, extensions to set a default zoom level, or to adjust toolbar fonts?
It is so tiny I can't read the control buttons! Don't know where they are.
