We are having a recurring message for our emails saying that our password/login are incorrect; sending password to user failed. It seems like a server issue

We can't connect to any of our (3) email addresses that we have set up through thunderbird. We attempted to log into thunderbird through a new computer, which is when the problems began. Now all 3 emails will not allow us to log in, send or receive emails, or connect to our server.

You don't log into Thunderbird. You log into your providers server.

Can you go to your providers webmail site and log into your account there?

If yes, then you know your username and password. It is more then likely an incorrect server setting or your antivirus software getting in the way.

If no, work with your provider to reset your password.

You can follow this article to see what password you saved in Thunderbird. Maybe it is wrong or needs to be deleted and reentered. https://kb.wisc.edu/page.php?id=19006
