Seems the Adobe installer did not completely clean up the old version. You may need to manually delete the old DLL file from disk.

To discover its location, type or paste about:plugins in the address bar and press Enter. Firefox should display lots of detail about each of your plugins. You can use Find (Ctrl+f) to look for npswf which will match only the two different Flash plugins.

Can you track it down and remove it?
