Last character of text input lags (Only in FireFox)

I just installed Firefox (win7). When I input text, the last character input lags about oh, 1/2 second. The preceding characters do not appear to lag. It doesn't matter what application (Gmail, etc.) or what kind of field it is... in a forum, in the search field/address bar, even right here. The arrow keys also lag which makes it hard to accurately navigate within text.

Idisabled all add-ons, themes, plugins, etc. to no avail. I refreshed Firefox to no avail.

This does not occur in any other browser (Opera, Chrome or IE 11). Only in FireFox
