If you don't have any normal Firefox menus and toolbars, could you check that Firefox isn't stuck in full screen mode? You can switch between full screen and normal views using the F11 key.

If you have the classic menu bar (File, Edit, View...) displayed instead of the orange Firefox button, you can switch that as described in this article: Display the Firefox button menu instead of the menu toolbar.

If you don't have any normal Firefox menus and toolbars, could you check that Firefox isn't stuck in full screen mode? You can switch between full screen and normal views using the F11 key.

If you have the classic menu bar (File, Edit, View...) displayed instead of the orange Firefox button, you can switch that as described in this article: Display the Firefox button menu instead of the menu toolbar.
