It used to be the case that, while scrolling, after taking my fingers away from the mousepad, that the pages I am viewing in Firefox would continue to move down, slowly coming to a halt. Now, instead, it comes to a sudden halt the moment I stop active scrolling, which honestly makes scrolling down long pages take a lot longer and I really just don't like how it feels. This only recently started happening, does anyone know how to make scrolling go back to the old way where it would keep moving in the direction you sent it in for a short while following?

Maybe "Smooth scrolling" in the settings.

I looked in settings when I noticed the change. Smooth Scrolling is checked, and I honestly couldn't find any difference when I unchecked it to see what was up.
