Add-ons in Firefox for Android are built and supported by a large community of independant developers. I recomend that you select the Support link on the page that you downloaded this add-on from for help with this issue.

You should see options either at the bottom of the Firefox for Android menu (three dot icon) or select Add-ons and the add-on you have installed to see further options.
