I took all check marks off all the tool bars and can not right click to put the check marks back on
I was on facebook and was trying to send and couldn't see the send button so I took all the check marks off search bar bookmarks every thing actually all I have is my avg tool showing most visited getting started and latest headlines I just don't know what to do I don't even have a back button home button nothing

Press ALT and then go to View--Toolbars, and check all of them. Press ALT for each toolbar you re-enable. This should fix your problem.
