I can't get my navigation, book marks or menu bars back. the only bar shown is the tab bar.

I hid my navigation bar, bookmarks bar, stumbleupon bar, and menu bar to make the internet showing screen larger, and i cannot get any of the bars back now. I tried right clicking, but all that does is ask me if I want to open a new tab.
