I use two displays, suddenly it is no more possible to move the Firefox- and/or Thunderbird-Windows from Monitor to the other monitor, grabbing its mainbar and trying to move, the window sticks on half way and then flops back.

"... And I don't think you can move the Mainbar that will remain with the Browser or Window it's open in. ..."

i grab the mainbar with a left mouseclick (hold) and drag the hole window (see picture), worked fine until a few days ago. No Win_Update in between.
