hello is there an addon or any other way to make invisible links containing unwanted content?

for example, lets say drudgereport.com had a link with the descriptor containing: "miley cyrus" and "twerking" , how could i block the link from even being displayed on drudge?

note, i know about the addon "blocksite", but that blocks the address of a website or its subdirectory address, not the particular content as indicated in its link

There are many type of blockers depending on what you want to block. Can you be more specific on what you want to block?

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for what you want.
