When i have multiple tabs open, an arrow appears next to the name of the website on the tab and the same thing happens on the tab to the left. It doesn't always happen.

In order to better assist you with you with your problem could you please provide us with a screenshot of the issue? You can usually take a screenshot on Android by pressing the power + volume down buttons simultaneously.
