Firefox Setup 33.0.2.exe UK installer displays Russian during installation, so I quit it. Russian has never been a language setting on this Windows machine.

Steps taken:

It is usually best to download Firefox via the Mozilla "All" page;

Or otherwise use the CDN page.

Thanks philipp. You solved the issue. Didn't think that "UK" was Ukranian!
