Pour exemple, lorsque Mozilla installe une mise à jour automatique, nos différents comptes, sur Gmail ou le site "Le Bon Coin", se bloquent et m'alertent d'un problème de sécurité. Pour certains comptes cela devient catastrophiques, car nous avons dans la famille, 2 téléphones qui ne captent pas dans la maison et nous sommes obligés de sortir de notre domicile pour obtenir le code (c'est chouette en hiver lorsqu'il fait froid et qu'il pleut; désolé d'habiter à la campagne!!). Ces problèmes n'existaient pas deux ou trois ans en arrière. Depuis je n'ai trouvé aucune solution! Je souhaitais surtout être sûr que ces problèmes émanaient du petit Renard; 15 ans que j'utilise Mozilla. Ces problèmes récurrents sont problématiques pour toute la famille, puisque mes parents rencontrent exactement les mêmes problèmes. Merci de nous venir en aide. Cordialement.

my Firefox was working just fine, and I did an update this morning and now nothing works. My Firefox will not install and nothing that works with Firefox will work. I tried to uninstall the Firefox that I had and it doesn't even show up on the list of programs any more, so I can't do an uninstall.

In my control panel programs and features I have 2 versions of Firefos GB and US. When i click on about in Firefox it does not show which version i am on GB or US. I want to delete US but want to make sure i delete the right one as I have bookmarks

Also when Windows starts up i get 2 Firefox browsers open. How can I get rid of the one I dont want as first one has my favs

The Firefox Linux Systems inappropriately stops to play online videos, the social media videos or display pictures. The system is not manageable by administrators at the public library and is only helped sometimes by government officials. Is there anyway the Library system could be helped to play videos.

So my Question is is there any way to prevent Firefox to change the Profile after Updating. Because i work in IT thats why the Security is a Problem so i cant just leave an older Version on every System. The Problem is the Customer dont want to change it everytime.

I would really appreciate it if someone has an Solution. 😊

I can’t seem to update my Firefox acct. I’ve tried updating it several times and I can’t tell if the update happened. When I try to sign into my Chase acct, it keeps telling me that I need to update the version.

Every few days I get a dialog box that says an update is available, I can either dismiss or download. There isn't any discernible difference in what happens when I click either button. Dismissing it doesn't matter, Firefox will always auto-update when it feels like it. Clicking the download button doesn't appear to do anything either... until the next day (or days later) when it tells me it needs to restart to complete the update.

Did it really take 24 hours to download the update? Or did the "download" button do nothing and it was actually the auto-update happening the next day?

I'm so so so so so so tired of my browsing session getting knee-capped and losing data. Is there any way for me to tell Firefox "yes, download and install the update, and do it right now" so I can be ready for it? Is there any way to see a progress bar somewhere so I can watch it happen and be ready for the restart?

i run Firefox Version 115.14.0esr (64-bit) on my older MacBook with OS 10.12.6, which I must use only to run Quicken for Mac 16.2.4. My other MacBook runs OS 14.6 and I would like to update Firefox on that machine, but keep all of the existing Firefox info. Can I update Firefox on the new Macbook and still keep the ESR version on the older machine, without losing all my history?y?

I accidentally uninstalled the wrong version of Firefox on Windows 10. I uninstalled the Firefox Version I was using. Therefore, I need to get back my current version with my bookmarks. Is this possible? Does Mozilla Firefox keep these on a server somewhere I can download it from?

Is Firefox for Windows & MAC designed to uninstall old versions of standard, ESR, & Mozilla maintenance service apps? If so, then the assumption you have is that the install didn't execute properly, correct?
