My FF version 126.0.1 browser history file size is stuck at 10,240 KB. Until recently it was 54,000 KB and change. I would like to get it larger. I've tried all the recent help postings relating to places.history.expiration.max_pages, places.history.expiration.transient_current_max_pages, browser.history_expire_days, browser.sessionhistory.max_entries or browser.sessionhistory_max_entries, and so on. Nothing seems to be able to change the "places" file size. Anyone have any more info on this topic?

in looking at my history I only have dates for Most Recent Visit, nothing for Added or Last Modified. How can I get this information? I added a screenshot showing the (3) columns.

Hi, I'm having issues with Firefox running on macOS. It says "server not found" and I've tried pretty much everything, but it's still not working. I've followed all the steps on the wiki, but nothing has helped. My internet connection is fine, as Safari is running just fine.

Today I started seeing a new symbol to the left of the Subject line in the Inbox on one of my accounts. I have not seen this before and cannot find an explanation for it. I could find nothing when reviewing changes and new features.

Apparently, from the bits I've read, the "solution" is to scrap Thunderbird and start anew with the knowledge that I set up my accounts "wrong" because I relied on the automatic setup and was ... led astray???

Frankly I expected better.

The reason I tried to switch to Thunderbird was because Apple Mail was behaving erratically (forcing threaded view though it was turned off) and there was no way to contact anyone about problems. However, typical for Apple because they don't communicate with users, the problem seem to have mysteriously resolved.

Anyway I'm switching back to Apple. For now. Because I don't want to play guessing games with my email about how to do things properly. Frankly, I'd switch to Gmail which all of my friends say behaves well. But I also don't want to be tracked and Google is evil in this regard. So here I am.

A SECOND PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN A SAVED THE PERMTITION TO ACCEPT ALWAYS THE GEOLOCATION FOR THE PAGE , ON THE NEXT VISIT THE ACCES WAS SET TO BLOCKED.

Never had this problem before. I get the same message when attempting tp access Home Depot.

Since yesterday I've been unable to sign into Earthlink webmail. I worked with their chat support this morning, clearing cache, history, etc., but no luck. I'm able to sign in on Edge. So Earthlink suggested I contact you.

In the last few days I am getting tabs crashing constantly (Gah. Your tab just crashed). This has never happended before. I have AVG antivirus and have downloaded the newest version of firefox. Is there anything else I can do to stop this happening.

Soooo! everytime I try to open cloudflare, no matter what site it comes from, the connection refuses to go through and I'm only having this problem on firefox, I came from opera gx, had no problems with cloudflare till now!

I have been using Firefox for over a decade. My doctors systems use MyChart for communication with patients. All of a sudden, it takes minutes to load ANY and EVERY page. Their IT says it is Firefox is not compatible with MyChart. Why all of a sudden is it not compatible??? I don't want to use Edge or Chrome....especially edge.

When I try calling some of my Facebook friends from my PC, I get this message "Video calling is not supported on this browser " . But when I try calling other Facebook friends, everything works just well. When I try calling my Facebook friends from my cellphone, no problem.

suddenly my INBOX file has a size of 480GB - the mails in all my IMAP folders online is less than 4GB.

How can that happen?

Is there a fix or should I just re-create the account?

TIA , Time to Migrate TB Portable to new computer : I was advised that all need to do is Copy this Folder C:\ThunderbirdPortable to new computer . But that doesn't bring over all my email accounts . Pls , what else do I need to do ? Thanks...
