I was deleting some files yesterday from the C:/Windows folder and afterwards I noticed all my web pages on firefox have a white background and many of the buttons are invisible. They are there I just can't see them. I tried doing a restore and the problem is still there. This happens on every single web page I go to. I do not have this problem with IE8. Can one of you wonderful computer geniuses please help me. I know, I know. I was a dumbass for deleting files from the C:/Windows folder.

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Accessibility settings.

  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Colors : [X] "Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above"
