Insert contacts in Yahoo mail, starts to list contacts then jumps to sign in (to yahoo).

I run Yahoo under FF3.6.12. Everything worked fine until recently, when I send a message and click on Insert contacts, The contact screen starts to go tp contacts page, then goes to a Yahoo login page. It works fine under (Ugh) IE.

Try to clear the Yahoo! cookies.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

I did a complete cleaning of everything and it still occurs. I have to use Google Chrome to send to all contacts, though I can send to each by entering initials.
