I accidentally deleted the manage logins by accident. And I need to retrieve them all back. How do I do that? I just did it about 2-3 days ago? I think, so very recent. I can't remember all of the sites that I have logins to. Please help me...

If you search online there are links that can show you what you need to do to find your passwords and recover them so you will have to read them to see which one will work for your situation.

Here's example

Hello 4animallover,

I'm a little confused : it's either 'Manage Data' or 'Saved Logins' .....

Assuming it's the latter you are talking about : would you please take a look at the Chosen Solution in this thread and see if maybe it will work for you :

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1134239  ?

Any good  ?

You can check in Windows Explorer if there is a previous version of the logins.json file and posiblythe key4.db</b> file available (you need at least logins.json).

Thank you all. I am not a techie person. I finally did find the key3, and logins.json. But I am confused on the next steps. Really confused.... Sorry.... If you could explain this a bit better, maybe I can get it returned... Thanks again...

The thread linked above is about an older Firefox version that used key3.db for the key file (i.e. 57 and older).

In current Firefox releases you need to recover logins.json to recover the username and passwords stored in this file. If you didn't made changes to the master password then you probably do not need key4.db, but you can use the existing key4.db file.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.

I don't use sync, or a master password. I have a excel sheet of all of the passwords. But this excel sheet is not all on the managed logins. Only about half. I think.

If you can explain in simple terms, on all the steps that I need to make, then I can do this(i hope.)...

I lost the passwords just this week, on version 65.0.1 Firefox. I also don't do windows backup, or anything.

Thank you.
