Contact with netaddress reveals movement of emails within the website for storage or forwarding inline does not work as the result of the latest version of Firefox, which I have installed. They recommend I go back to an earlier version of Firefox until they can fix the problem. How do I do that?

Netaddress had originally suggested I move to Firefox from Internet Explorer, Now I had to go to another carrier (MSN Edge) in order to make the changes I wanted. Deja vu all over again?
