I have been using Firefox 32 bit for about 1 yr. I heard that Mozilla is offering a 64 bit for Windows and I downloaded it this morning. The download was installed in the programs (86) folder. I thought that folder was only for 32 bit programs. How can I tell if I am running 64 bit Firefox? - Tks

Chosen solution

You posted here with the 64-bit Firefox 43.0 version per your More System Details.

You can see it in Help > Troubleshooting Information > Application Basics -> User Agent = Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:43.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/43.0

The WOW64 in your useragent shows it is a 32-bit appication running on 64-bit Windows 7. If you had 64-bit Firefox on 64-bit it would show Win64 in useragent.

Windows users downloading from www.mozilla.org will get 32-bit Firefox so if you want Win64 Firefox go to the Systems &Languages link which is www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

As for your Flash issue you should start a new thread of your own for this.

The row where it says Windows 64-bit on www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ as you just pick your language.
