This is about Thunderbird. I'm using version 115.12.1 (64-bit). When composing or forwarding an email, I can't see the subject after typing it in and moving the cursor to another field. If I move my cursor back to the subject field, the subject becomes visible again. Is this the way it is intended to work?

When I hover over tabs, Firefox also displays a text below. So, for example, if I hover over the tab for Google Calendar, a text below shows 'Google Calender - August 2024'. Can I disable the text somehow?

I'm using Firefox Firefox 129.01.

I have two email accounts coming in to my Thunderbird app on the desktop. One account stopped loading messages to my inbox. I can get the messages on my phone for that account if I access them I don't use Thunderbird. I'm getting message that certificate if not valid. I did the trouble shooting for Thunderbird and cleared the cache. Can you please help? I downloaded the trouble shooting file if needed.

Whether I use Firefox or Google, when i pull up search results NONE of the businesses show a rating anymore, a feature which used to be there. Example, I search for "home insurance". A list of Insurance companies with their overall average rating should show up. The ratings are gone. All of them. Why is this? Same happens regardless of what type of business I am searching for.

Hello Firefox Team, I'm currently experiencing an issue related to the screen size/resolution detected by the browser on Android. I noticed that having the app running in the background for some time.. and then opening the app again.. causes that when I decide to browse.. the resolution detected gets bigger than expected. For instance the resolution detected is like if I were using a tablet instead of a phone, making the interface looking like if I turned on the "Desktop site mode" which I didn't.

So far the only solution I have done to fix that it's to completely close Firefox and opening it again, which of course it's not convenient.

I left some screenshots which show the wrong screen resolution detected by the browser. I'm also leaving below the information of my device and the version of Firefox I'm using right now, in case it helps.

Hello, If you could explain what happen that caused my emails below a given point, having been received before the emails above said given point (about 20 emails ) will not open as usual, but instead I need to open in a different tab after right clicking. If I go to "conversations" I can see my incoming email. Hope that sort of explains the problem that I don't understand? Thanks for any help. Lee

Netzero says I am located in Phoenix, Az. I am in Tucson, Arizona. It won't let me change it. I have tried numerous times but to no avail. What is the solution to this? I am going crazy trying to rectify this on my own.

I have comcast/xfinity email. I reset my Comcast password. Now Thunderbird is asking me to enter a new pawword. I enter it, and tell it so save it, but it doesn't work.

Does Comcast email have a different password from the main password?

How can I fix this problem?

Hi, I'm using Linux Mint 22, Firefox 129.0 (64-bit). Browser is hanging after approximately 4 hours. Not sure if this is a Firefox issue, but this is where I'm starting the troubleshooting process. My suspects are (1) the browser, (2) NVIDIA drivers (3) the new Linux Mint kernel or possibly (4) a mix of the above. This was a fresh install with default options on (Wilma). Using the latest graphics drivers for GeForceRTX 2060, driver version 555.58.02, went down to native drivers, no change. Honestly, this one has me baffled. Been troubleshooting this for 3 days. It feels like a memory leak. Nothing on the crash reports. First, browser will hang, then mouse and keyboard. Hard reboot is the only option. Any help would be appreciated.

On a LIvestream I'm getting an UNDEFINED error code I've cleared cookies but the problem continued I don't know how to clear if it's on you end or the web site I use to be able to beat it before it appears not it will not let me watch any shows at all

Hello Help, I go to https://support.mozilla.org/gl/questions/1340339 as per Google's directions and find 3 Firefox Feedback items, yet no way to get to the Google's and Mozilla's standard prevalent "Go to Help and click 'Submit Feedback'," yet there is no such option for this. It's odd bc I see this:

  "2 respostas    3 have this problem     2 views"

Repostas isn't even in English, and there's no way to click a "I have this problem exact same problem" and the "Views" have to be greater than 2. I see one angry feedback was complaining there is no way to submit feedback, and the response is the standard answer. Are you talking about a different Firefox or you're, for some reason, giving the Android solution? Or perhaps you pulled 3 questions submitted via the question forum, well before more people could say they also have the same issue, and posted static copies of them. At least have the wherewithal to tell us there's no way to just submit feedback other than by the question forum. This doesn't seem like too much to ask of you where you get the chance to defend yourselves when it's required. And it seems reasonable to submit feedback so as a person gets an answer, so why not say so? Anyway, that's my peeve except for a different one I'll ask separately. Cheers, r P.S. When I try to open Thunderbird, a message pops up that says the application had a problem and crashed. It also says that the crash reporter is unable to submit a report for the crash. It then says "Details: The application did not identify itself."

What do I do to fix this?

I have a virus that posts its site on my landing page / home page.

It cannot be dismissed. I cannot find any part of its URL in Finder. Norton Antivirus doesn't detect it. It cannot be overwritten. It cannot be edited away. It CAN be moved to the fourth line of home page icons and only three lines shown, which puts it out of sight. Rebooting the machine doesn't cure it.

Can I find the listing of sites on my home page and remove it from the list?

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not good with computers so help has to be put in simple terms.
