hello, when no other browser is running correctly after installing a new router there appears to be something fundamentally wrong with how the internet connection is set up. probably the best first line of inquiry is contacting the support of your internet service provider to set-up things corretcly.

Sorry to keep you waiting here.

Could you check to see whether Firefox is set to use any special connection settings?

orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced

On the Network mini-tab, click the "Settings" button

The default is "Use system proxy settings" which should piggyback on IE's LAN settings, but you also can try "No proxy" to see whether that works any better.
