Quibids keeps popping up when I am on-line. I have marked the option to block all pop-ups but that does not control Quibids. How can I keep this off my computer: http://cdn.optmd.com/V2/85105/213900/index.html?g=Af////8=&r=www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/lie. I have never used the product or website.

Thank you,
