Babylon opens in a new tab despite everything being removed. Help?

I've searched this up and tried everything that was suggested. Babylon is not in my add-ons nor extensions, it is not installed, there is no trace of it anywhere and my homepage is successfully back to google, however, whenever I open a new tab.. there Babylon is again. :/ I'm really annoyed by this, and nothing I do seems to fix it. I swear I've tried anything.
