There is no bar for me to type in website addresses. How do I get one?
I am unable to independently type in addresses for website. There is no address bar, and I am limited to sites that I had previously bookmarked. This is a MAJOR inconvenience and leads me to other sites like Safari, Chrome and Internet Explorer.

try "F11" to get out of Full Screen mode but also see https://support.mozilla.com/questions/905657 for more comprehensive replies. Also please indicate which cause and solution addressed your problem.
