I can't download Mozilla. Have tried for 2 days now. It stalls out at 10.7 Mb. I have tried on 2 different machines.

I am in Israel now but trying to download a U.S. version.

Try to disable the real-time (live) scanning of files in your anti-virus software temporarily to see if that makes downloading work.
