Make sure that you do not block cookies from that website.


Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

I have many customers uses firefox and other browser. What will they do if they see the same error? And many of them dont know what the cookie is. By the way I have seen an error on my mobile phone that says "sertificates on www/my site/com are missing and signaturers arent registered. Certificate for this site is signatured by an unverified company RapidSSL Ca " What should I do? Change the sertificates or hosting?

You need to install the RapidSSL CA intermediate certificate on the server.

You can test the certificate chain via a site like this:
