why dont I see a new start menu, its just like the old one.
my start menu is just like the old one. I had firefox3.5 then i installed firefox4 rc n then came back to 3.6 and now I have firefox 4. But I never had new start menu.

Right-click the Menu bar and un-check the Menu bar item in that Contextual menu.
