From my support (Ha!) post:

Same problem w/ 1-11 update to 3.0.19. IE and Firefox broken. Firefox recognizes the crash problem and gives me the details, which I should automatically tell them about. Except, of course, their message is at the bottom of the well w/ me and there's no way to send it...click. Geniuses at work.

System restore to last week, turned off firewall, tried everything my friends and I could imagine. Find another computer to investigate, because you are now sol.

Mozilla help was non-existent..."if you get no response in 30 mins, give up" and go hang yourself..."you don't pass the human test" about 6 times, so get out the rope, we're not taking any complaints from you.

Then there are the ~12 folks on their support site who have a similar problem and are trying to figure it out...with absolutely no help from the caring folks at Mo godzilla. One guy found a Naomi Filter Program (not on my drives). But wait, there is a colored button, which says, "I have this problem too." Hit it and you get: "The page at HTTP://support.mozilla.com says, "There was an error:(." You can't make this stuff up! But Mozilla can.

Thanks Mozilla.

Back here thanks to the circular motion of help here. Biting my own tail. My "ask a question." response is : "Go read your own post!"

Don't get me too wrong. I appreciate that there is a community of folks, who want to help. However, the folks who built the update, which destroyed the function for me, should not rely on you folks to figure out and fix the damage. I have beta tested for scientific data storage vendors, who put out sloppy, obviously non-proofed crap (not as beta versions). I know that you can get free help for your incompetence, if you are lazy enough, and have no shame. At least they had a telephone number and a human being, who acted as if he would fix the disasters. If I lived in Cali, I would be at the door Monday am. I am well aware that the fix will be simple and obvious and partly my fault. It would be nice, if there were a mechanism by which I could take the blame quickly and get on with it.
