Tools > Options > Sync (on Windows versions of Firefox)
Use the Reset Sync menu item under Manage Account, and you'll see the Sync Options window (in the attached screen shot). Then select Replace all other devices with this computer's data - if that is what you want to do. You also need to make sure that only "Bookmarks" is selected, if that is all your want to replace on the Sync server, before opening the Sync Options window.
