Updated to 3.6.12 and all of the search engines in the search bar are gone.
I updated to the latest version and now all the search engines for the search bar are deleted/missing. I use the manage search engines option and I'm taken to a addon list of search engines, but I can't even find the one for Google.com.

You can try to delete search.sqlite and search.json in the Firefox Profile Folder
