pages won't load colmpletely although page says loading is 'done'

When loading a page or link the page says it's 'done' loading but the loading bar is still not complete and the page can not be clicked on. I cannot reload the page as I can't click on any of the buttons and so I have to close the window completely and re do it this happens many times before I get it to load completely and work properly.

Try clearing your recent history, cache and cookies.. It worked for me.
