I cannot play videos in Firefox, can someone help me with this

I have another kind of problem with Firefox

Description

I cannot view videos within Firefox. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. I have deleted plugins and reinstalled some plugins, I do not know what else to try. Could someone please help? My telephone number is, (***) ***-**** Name is Pam Harbison. Thank you

Hello Pam.

Go into Tools > Add-ons > Plugins and see if Flash is installed. If not, install it ( http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Installing+the+Flash+plugin ). That should let you watch YouTube videos.

If you already have Flash in your Firefox, make sure it's up to date. If it is and it still doesn't work on YouTube, you may be having a problem with some extension or plugin that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons, except Flash (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?
