Unwanted page loads up during windows startup
The page https://www.stardock.com/products/groupy/update opens during the loading of the OS background processes. I have looked up on the windows task manager, the about:config and haven't found anything related to this process.

Third-party software may open links in the default browser at any time, the Groupy software could be configured to notify about updates this way.
Download these tools and with Process Explorer, you can see what's running the process. With Autoruns, you can see what is set to run when your computer starts up.
