Steam Deck Video Stutter

I recently updated Firefox and now I'm getting a noticeable stutter when playing back videos. I used to have this issue when I first got my steam deck so I installed a flatpak ffmpeg-full which fixed the issue completely but a recent update I installed has brought the issue back. I uninstalled and reinstalled the flatpak and restarted my device but the issue persists.

The ffmpeg-full runtime version needs to match the one used by Firefox. Mine is currently 23.08. 

flatpak install org.freedesktop.Platform.ffmpeg-full//23.08
