Firefox keyboard recognition not working. The letters that I type are not those appearing on screen. I’m typing in Word, & copy/paste in order to write the text.

Disable ZoneAlarm anti-keylogger.
You can try the Fx 116.0.2 that was released today as it works around the problem caused by ZoneAlarm and their anti-keylogger.
