Enter about:config in the URL bar and try changing accessibility.force_disabled to 1 then restart.

Bug 1774285 should be fixed very soon. Until it is, you can disable the new Suggested Actions feature in your Windows settings. See this KB article for details: Firefox hangs when copying with Suggested Actions enabled on Windows 11 - What to do
