Hi, is there an error message in place of the page? Or is it just blank?

I'm going to guess that those documents are in PDF format. What is your Firefox set up to do with PDFs? You can check that setting here:

View PDF files in Firefox or choose another viewer

If your Firefox automatically saves PDFs, they might appear when you click the Downloads arrow on the toolbar (or use Ctrl+J to review the list in a popup window).

If the above does not help;

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
