I have just purchased tickets online, and when I go to view them I just get text. If I open the same page in a different browser I can see the tickets and then download a pdf file or print. I have changed the default application to Adobe Acrobat Reader, but nothing changed. I get the same type of result on other web pages. Sorry,this web page is not uploading the screen shot of the page. So here is a small part of the text at the top of the page.

<title>Ticketmaster</title> <meta name="description" content="Find and buy tickets: concerts, sports, arts, theater, theatre, broadway shows, family events at Ticketmaster.com"><meta name="rating" content="general"> <meta name="copyright" content="2019, Ticketmaster"> <meta name="expires" content="never"> <meta name="distribution" content="global"> <meta name="robots" content="index"> <meta name="robots" content="NOODP">

Where did you buy it from? Did you also get a email confirmation from them as well?

I purchased the tickets through Ticketmaster. I did get an email confirmation. I found that I can open the emails in gmail. So maybe the tickets were no in a pdf. But when downloaded, they were pdf's. It happens on some other sites as well. Here is another page (it is a music chord chart when downloaded in a different browser)

Then that is a the problem if they weren't pdf and your trying to save as pdf that would be a problem. Then it most likely was in txt form. Did you try to print from gmail to see what it was like?

Ok, but my question is, why do I get

"<title>Ticketmaster</title> <meta content="Find and buy tickets: concerts, sports, arts, theater, theatre, broadway shows, family events at Ticketmaster.com" name="description"><meta content="general" name="rating"> <meta content="2019, " <="" p="">

in Firefox when in other web browsers I get printable tickets to a show that when downloaded are pdf's) in other web browsers?

This is not the full text, but for some reason this web page won't allow me to upload a file.
