Creating a new account , it says I have to sync another device . Why ?
I'm just trying to use Firefox internet search engine . Why is it so difficult ?

Firefox is a web browser and not a search engine like Google and Bing for example are.
A Firefox Account is used for Sync between two devices, for Pocket and for an account on addons.mozilla.org

Hi 4X4Dad, if you do not plan to synchronize two different installations of Firefox, you can ignore the suggestion to set up a Firefox Account and just go ahead and browse using the address/search bar at the top of Firefox for Android.
James provided info on other Mozilla services that require an account, but using the browser isn't one of them.
