1) I went to the Avery .com/templates website and downloaded the template 15264 for shipping labels. It downloaded. I saved it. When I went to the file and clicked on it to open, nothing happens. I do not get the template.

2) I would also like to know how to place the print command into the taskbar at the top of the page.
